Shipping Policy
By placing an order through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure mutual understanding of the arrangement, protect both parties’ interests, and set clear expectations for our services.
1. General Terms
1.1 All orders are subject to stock availability. We endeavor to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, but occasional discrepancies may occur, resulting in our inability to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
1.2 In the event of stock shortages, we will ship the available items first. We will then contact you to confirm whether you wish to wait for the out-of-stock items to be restocked or prefer a refund for the unavailable items.
2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination of the items in your order.
2.2 The shipping cost will be charged together with your order total at the time of purchase. This amount is the final shipping cost payable by you (the customer), with no additional fees applicable.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Returns for Change of Mind
We only accept returns for quality-related issues, subject to the following conditions:
- You must submit a return request within 30 days of your receipt of the item.
- You must provide proof of the quality issue (e.g., photos or videos) to the Regional Manager prior to submitting the return request.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition.
3.1.1 Return shipping costs for quality-related issues will be covered by the merchant, but you are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
3.1.2 Once the returned item is received and verified, we will complete the return processing within 5 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
3.1.3 We will refund the purchase price of the returned item. However, any shipping costs you originally paid will not be refunded.
3.2 Warranty Returns
3.2.1 We will process valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 60 days of your receipt of the item.
3.2.2 You (the customer) are required to prepay the return shipping costs. Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will reimburse these prepaid shipping costs.
3.2.3 After receiving the returned item, we will process your warranty claim within 7 business days.
3.2.4 Once your warranty claim is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:a) Receive a refund of the purchase price to your designated payment method;b) Receive a replacement item (if in stock), which will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
